Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn't Geneva have a "little worship service/chapel"?

Because our entire routine is already an act of worship to the Lord. Liturgical moments should take place within the denomination chosen by the parents, as the primary role of educating the child belongs to the Family.

Why is there no "Religion Class"?

We understand that religious education is the responsibility of the family with their respective church, which is why we do not reduce our faith to a weekly time. We emphasize that we use confessional teaching materials, so the classes bring the biblical text into the context of the classroom content to show a God who is in everything.

How does Bible Time work?

Daily, we have a brief devotional period to reinforce the habit and highlight the benefits of daily Bible reading. We use the sacred text to emphasize Christian principles, values, and virtues. This moment is led by the student's own teacher, who not only reads the Bible but also brings practical applications appropriate to the classroom routine.

Can my child opt out of "religious activities"?

At our school, we do not separate "religious activities" from "secular activities," as we believe that the Christian life is integral; therefore, everything should be lived CORAM DEO, before God. Families of all religions are welcome in our environment and will be embraced in all our activities without discrimination. If a family does not agree with the Christian principles and values that are an integral part of the school's Educational Political Project, we recommend seeking another educational institution.

What is the role of the Chaplain in the school?
